KoreduHub is a SaaS platform for academies, tutoring centres and other educational organisations, operated from Republic of Moldova.

Depending on the processing activity, KoreduHub may process personal data for its own purposes or on behalf of a Company using the platform.

Account information may include name, email address, role, interface language and authentication-related information.

Company information may include organisation name, contact information, logo, billing information, subscription details and information required to provide the Service.

Operational information may include students, parents or contacts, teachers, administrators, lessons, groups, homework, lesson notes, files, attendance, internal financial records and other information entered by authorised users.

Technical information may include IP address, browser and device information, authentication events, security information, diagnostic data and application logs.

Payment records relating to KoreduHub Subscriptions may include transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, currency and billing information. Full payment-card credentials are not intended to be stored by KoreduHub when payment details are collected directly by a payment service provider.

Personal data may be used to create and manage Accounts, authenticate users, provide platform functionality, process KoreduHub Subscription payments and provide customer support.

Data may also be processed to maintain platform security, prevent abuse, diagnose technical problems and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Where applicable and legally permitted, contact information may be used for service-related communications.

Companies using KoreduHub may enter personal data relating to students, parents, teachers, administrators and other persons.

The relevant Company is responsible for determining the lawful basis and purpose for entering and using such information within its workspace.

Persons whose data has been entered by a Company may contact that Company regarding their data. KoreduHub may assist the Company where reasonably required.

The Finance module may contain records entered by the Company regarding amounts received outside KoreduHub, debts, balances, credits or payments to teachers.

These records do not mean that KoreduHub processed the underlying transaction.

KoreduHub does not use the Finance module to intermediate payments between academies and students, parents, teachers or other third parties.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, processing may be necessary for performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests, consent, or another lawful basis.

Where the GDPR applies, the relevant legal basis is determined according to the specific processing activity and relationship between the parties.

Payments for KoreduHub Subscriptions and Add-ons may be processed by external payment service providers.

The payment provider may process card or banking information according to its own legal obligations and privacy terms.

KoreduHub may receive information necessary to identify and reconcile a transaction, such as transaction reference, amount, currency, date and payment status.

We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

Access to Company data is restricted according to user roles and permissions implemented by the platform.

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting their credentials and devices.

We may use third-party service providers for infrastructure, database services, storage, hosting, email delivery, security, analytics necessary for service operation and payment processing.

Such providers may process information only to the extent necessary for the relevant service and subject to applicable contractual and legal safeguards.

Some service providers may process data in jurisdictions other than the user's country.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for international data transfers, appropriate legal mechanisms will be used.

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to provide the Service, resolve disputes, maintain security and comply with legal obligations.

Different categories of information may have different retention periods.

Certain transaction, accounting or legal records may need to be retained after an Account or Subscription has ended.

Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing of their personal data and, where applicable, request data portability.

Where data was entered into KoreduHub by an academy or other Company, requests should generally be addressed first to that Company.

KoreduHub may be used by educational organisations that work with minors.

The Company using the platform is responsible for ensuring that student information is collected and processed lawfully, including obtaining parental or guardian consent where required by applicable law.

KoreduHub processes such data only as necessary to provide the platform and related services.

KoreduHub may use cookies and browser storage necessary for authentication, security, preferences and operation of the Service.
