Refund Policy

KoreduHub is a subscription-based software service. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the billing terms presented during checkout.

If a free trial is offered, you may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

Due to the nature of digital software services, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once access to the platform has been granted.

However, we may issue a refund in the following cases:

Duplicate or accidental charges.

Technical issues that prevent access to the service and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

Billing errors caused by our systems.

Refund requests are reviewed individually.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

Your access will remain active until the end of the paid subscription period.

If you experience a billing issue, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue promptly.
