Terms & Conditions

“Account” means the workspace created for a tutoring academy (the “Company”) and the individual user profiles inside it (director, administrator, teacher, student).

“Content” means every file, message, homework, lesson summary, financial record and personal data uploaded to or generated within the Service.

“Subscription” means the paid plan that grants access to the Service, including any free trial that precedes it.

The person who first registers a Company becomes its Director and is responsible for inviting administrators, teachers and students, assigning roles and revoking access.

You must provide accurate registration information, keep credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity performed under your account.

Accounts are personal. Sharing a single account between multiple people is prohibited.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in EUR based on the plan selected by the Director. Prices, quotas (students, teachers, storage, lessons) and included features are those displayed on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

Renewals are automatic at the end of each billing cycle. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Except where required by applicable consumer law, payments made are non-refundable for partial periods. Introductory discounts apply only to the first paid month.

New Companies receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the chosen plan. No payment method is required to start the trial.

At the end of the trial you must select a paid plan to continue using the Service. If no plan is selected, the workspace becomes read-only and, after the retention window described below, is deleted.

You must not use the Service to: (a) upload unlawful, defamatory, infringing or malicious content; (b) attempt to bypass security controls, access data belonging to other Companies, or reverse-engineer the Service; (c) send unsolicited communications to students or staff; (d) resell the Service without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate any account that materially violates these rules, with prior notice where reasonably possible.

KoreduHub, its software, design system, documentation and trademarks remain our exclusive property. Subject to these Terms we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your Subscription.

You retain all rights in the Content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, transmit and process that Content solely to provide the Service to your Company and its users.

KoreduHub complies with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova regarding the protection of personal data and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users located in the European Union.

Your Company is the Data Controller of the personal data processed inside its workspace (students, parents, teachers, staff). KoreduHub acts as the Data Processor and processes personal data only on your documented instructions and to provide the Service.

Personal data is isolated per Company by row-level security, encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Lesson attachments are served through short-lived, per-user signed URLs.

We target 99.5% monthly availability, excluding scheduled maintenance and events beyond our reasonable control. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for outages caused by third-party infrastructure providers, force majeure, or actions of Company users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid for the Subscription in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.

You may terminate your Subscription at any time from the subscription settings. We may terminate or suspend your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law.

After termination we retain your data for 30 days to allow export, then permanently delete it, except where longer retention is required by law (e.g. financial records).

We may update these Terms to reflect new features, legal requirements or operational needs. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 15 days before they take effect.

Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Some platform features use artificial intelligence to generate homework, lesson summaries, evaluations, suggestions or other educational content. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should always be reviewed by the user before use. KoreduHub does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of AI-generated content.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
