Terms & Conditions

“Account” means a user account used to access KoreduHub.

“Company” means the academy, educational centre, tutoring business or other organisation for which a KoreduHub workspace is created.

“Director” means the user who manages the Company workspace and its subscription.

“Content” means information, files, messages, homework, lesson information, financial records and other data uploaded to or generated within the Service.

“Subscription” means a paid KoreduHub plan that provides access to the Service.

“Add-on” means an optional additional paid limit or functionality available for certain Subscription plans.

The person who creates or manages a Company workspace may be granted Director permissions and may invite administrators, teachers, students or other authorised users.

Users must provide accurate information and keep their login credentials confidential.

You must notify us if you become aware of suspected unauthorised access to your Account.

Users are responsible for activity performed through their Accounts to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Accounts are intended for individual use and must not be shared with unauthorised persons.

KoreduHub is provided on a subscription basis. Available plans, prices, limits and included functionality are displayed in the platform before payment.

Payments processed through KoreduHub relate only to services supplied by KoreduHub, including Subscriptions and, where applicable, optional Add-ons.

Depending on the selected billing option, a Subscription may be billed monthly, annually or according to another period clearly displayed before payment.

Where automatic renewal is enabled, the Subscription renews at the end of the applicable billing period unless renewal is cancelled before the next payment.

The amount, currency and applicable billing period are displayed before the transaction is confirmed.

Certain plans may allow the purchase of additional limits, including additional students, teachers, administrators, lessons or storage capacity.

The price and applicable conditions of an Add-on are displayed before purchase.

Promotional codes, introductory discounts and other offers may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, validity periods and usage limits.

KoreduHub may provide administrative tools that allow a Company to record internal financial information, including amounts paid by students or parents, outstanding balances, credits, teacher payments and other financial records.

These functions are provided exclusively for internal administration and record keeping.

KoreduHub does not collect, receive, hold, transfer or intermediate payments between the Company and its students, parents, teachers or other third parties through the Finance module.

Payments for lessons, courses or other educational services are arranged directly between the Company and the relevant student, parent or other person using payment methods independently selected by the Company.

The Company is responsible for the accuracy of financial information entered into KoreduHub and for its own accounting, tax and contractual obligations.

The Finance module is separate from payments made directly to KoreduHub for Subscriptions and Add-ons.

KoreduHub may offer new Companies a free trial. The duration and conditions of the trial are displayed when the trial is activated.

A payment method may not be required for certain trials.

If no paid Subscription is activated after the trial, access to some or all functionality may be restricted.

Where a trial is automatically converted into a paid Subscription, this will be clearly disclosed before activation and, where required, the user's authorisation will be obtained.

Where automatic renewal is enabled, the Subscription will renew automatically according to the selected billing period.

The Director may cancel future renewal using the subscription management functionality available in the Account.

Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the already-paid billing period. Access remains available until that date unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated.

Cancelling automatic renewal does not by itself create a right to a refund for the current paid billing period.

You must not use KoreduHub for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or malicious purposes.

You must not attempt to bypass security controls, access another Company's data without authorisation, interfere with the Service, distribute malware or use the Service in a manner that infringes third-party rights.

You must not resell or commercially redistribute access to KoreduHub without our prior written permission.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, other users, or comply with legal obligations.

KoreduHub software, interfaces, design, branding, documentation and related intellectual property remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Subject to these Terms, users receive a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service during the applicable Subscription or authorised access period.

The Company and its users retain their rights in Content uploaded to the Service.

You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit and display that Content solely for operating and providing KoreduHub.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

For personal data relating to students, parents, teachers and staff entered by a Company, the Company generally determines why and how that information is used within its workspace.

KoreduHub processes such information as necessary to provide, secure and maintain the Service and according to the applicable relationship with the Company.

Users must ensure that they have an appropriate legal basis for personal data they enter into the platform.

We take reasonable measures to maintain the availability, security and proper functioning of KoreduHub.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure failures, third-party services, security incidents or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may modify or improve features of the Service over time, provided that applicable legal and contractual obligations are respected.

Certain KoreduHub features may use artificial intelligence to assist with homework, summaries, suggestions, evaluations or other educational content.

AI-generated content may contain errors or incomplete information and should be reviewed by an appropriate user before being relied upon.

KoreduHub does not guarantee that AI-generated content will always be accurate, complete or suitable for a particular educational purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KoreduHub is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information entered by users, decisions made solely on the basis of user-entered or AI-generated information, or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

A Company may stop using KoreduHub and cancel future Subscription renewal through the available account functionality.

We may suspend or terminate access where there is a serious breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud, security risk or where required by law.

Where reasonably possible and legally permitted, we will provide notice before terminating access.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, payment functionality, legal requirements or business operations.

The current version and its effective date will be made available on the KoreduHub website.

Where required by applicable law, material changes will be communicated to affected users.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Republic of Moldova, without prejudice to mandatory rights that may apply to users under other applicable legislation.

Disputes should first be addressed in good faith between the parties. Where an amicable solution cannot be reached, disputes shall be handled by the competent authorities or courts in accordance with applicable law.
